Treasury Management | Summer Internship Program Details

Program Overview

The Treasury Management track of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Summer Internship Program allows interns to explore various areas within Treasury Management including sales and product and client services.

PNC’s Treasury Management department is one of the nation’s top treasury management providers of domestic and cross border payment solutions, liquidity solutions and online/mobile banking suite that help our client’s maximize working capital.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Day to day work includes task-oriented executional items along with support in longer term strategic projects.

Work flow will vary from week to week based on client and business need. Interns must be able to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines and be flexible to adapt as urgent needs arise.

Interns will work closely with internal and external partners and gain a comprehensive understanding of Treasury Management products and solutions.

Upon successful completion of the Summer Internship, interns may be offered an opportunity to join the C&IB Early Career Development Program after graduation.

The Treasury Management track is a dynamic experience which prepares participants for various future career opportunities in the business, including:

  • Relationship Manager supporting Sales
  • Client Solutions Advisor supporting Sales or Client Care
  • Project Manager or Operations Manager supporting Client Care
  • Account Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner or Product Advisor supporting Product Management

Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year school or university, 3.2 GPA
