Summer Internship Program Details

Program Overview

Interns within Analytics & Portfolio Management (APM) will be exposed to consumer and commercial analytics, portfolio management, different aspects of model development for all asset classes, data management, as well as the product life-cycle through hands-on experiential learning.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Work will vary from team and function, yet every day is spent supporting key initiatives and work-streams within the APM organization.

  • Interns in the Portfolio Analyst function analyze specific Credit Portfolios, such as healthcare, to determine profitability, risk, and growth opportunities.
  • Interns in the Model Development function replicate existing auto economic profit models and implement the model in SAS. In addition, interns will use code to construct data sets from mortgage data and other asset classes in order to enable further analytics. Interns will gain exposure to teams focused on innovation through unsecured and digital products.

Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year school or university, 3.0 GPA
