In the Workplace
PNC Proud, our LGBTA Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) has 10 chapters, more than 1,400 members and is continually expanding. EBRGs support PNC's Diversity and Inclusion strategy and are a powerful tool to foster an inclusive culture. Structured to support employees with a shared dimension of diversity but open to anyone who supports their mission, EBRGs are open to all employees and provide opportunities for professional development and networking.
We also offer a competitive benefits package to employees and we have extended these benefits to employees' domestic partners since 2003.

We integrate nationally recognized history and heritage months into customer, community and workforce initiatives. Throughout the year, PNC will be commemorating LGBT Pride Month in many communities with events and sponsorships.
