How do I activate my cardholders?
Once you have ensured your cardholders have received their plastic, you may have them call 800-246-7459 from their work phone. Or you may activate their plastic using Account View. Choose the account, and select the tab Click Here to Activate Your Card.
Can we have multiple administrators?
Yes, as long as each of the administrators have been designated by the company as authorized to make changes.
Account Maintenance
What if I forget my user name or password?
If you have forgotten your user name and password, you must call Account View Online Banking Services at 877-459-9801, select Account View menu option and a new user name and password will be assigned for you.
If I close a cardholder?s account, can I later reopen the account and have them keep the same account/card number/card?
Once an account is closed, you must call Customer Service at 877-459-9801 for assistance to reopen it. In most cases, the cardholder will be able to keep the same account number and use the card again.
What is our credit limit?
The company credit limit will be assigned to your Control account. You have the option to manage the credit limit size of the accounts within your organization. These may be set at $100 increments up to the full company credit limit. This is a shared line so you can manage to each cardholder?s needs without extending your company beyond its assigned limit.
What do I do if one my cards is lost or stolen?
Report lost or stolen cards immediately by calling 877-459-9801.
How do I get our company logo on our cards?
Call your PNC sales representative to discuss options to help support your business.
How do I order more cards?
Call Customer Service at 877-459-9801 for new employee cards or to replace a damaged card. Additional cards can also be ordered via Account View by a program administrator.

Your check or money order must contain your 16-digit account number to ensure proper credit to your account.
Setting Controls
How can I restrict our company's accounts to Travel & Entertainment, Fleet use, or Purchasing? And how can I limit cash access on a card?
Using Account View, go to Account Summary, simply choose the account(s) you would like to restrict, and click on Restrictions. To update, choose from the list of 18 restriction strategies from the dropdown list and click on the Submit button.
How do I provide or limit cash access to employees?
You set up cash access availability or limits on a cardholder account by using Account Summary/Restrictions (see above).
What is a Merchant Category Code (MCC) Restriction?
A universal MCC list categorizes every type of sales and service provider. These MCC codes have been grouped together ? into Travel, Purchasing, and Fleet ? so it?s as easy as the click of a mouse for you to choose a traditional set of providers and set cardholder level restrictions for those categories of transactions.
How do I cancel an account?
Select the account you would like to cancel, choose the Change Status link, and then choose Close status and click on Submit. The account will be closed so it will be unable to have authorizations or sales processed from that time forward.
You must contact Customer Service to re-open a closed account.
Can I set up our account so that people in our purchasing department can share one card?
You may not share a card, since each plastic card must display the name of one individual who will be responsible for all the transactions on that card account number. However, you can obtain a card for the person responsible for placing your orders.
Reporting
How soon will online payments post to my account?
Payments submitted before 5 p.m. CT will be processed the same day and posted to your account the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You can see if the payment has posted by going into Account View and viewing Transaction History.
Rewards
How are my Cash Rebates calculated?
Cash Rebates are earned at a rate of 1% of merchandise transactions. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions for additional detail.
When are my Cash Rebates rewarded?
Your Rebate will appear automatically every calendar quarter (March, June, September, December), as a credit on that month?s statement

PNC points site, and clicking on the Log In or Enroll button.
How do I enroll in Travel Rewards?
If you requested Travel Rewards on your application, you are automatically enrolled. If you would like to make a change to your Reward selection or have any questions, please call Customer Service at 877-459-9801.
