including leveraged leases, partnership flips, project debt and equity financings, equity acquisitions and portfolio sales. He has counseled clients on financial analysis and in evaluating tax, accounting and strategic business issues. His clients have included multinational corporations, investment banks, private equity funds, national and regional banks, municipal and government-sponsored agencies and corporations, rural electric cooperatives and national insurers.
Prior to joining PNC, Cross was a managing director and head of economic analysis at GSF Advisors, a boutique advisory firm. Prior to this, he was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers’s structure finance group (which sold itself to Dexia Bank) where his primary focus was structuring and transaction execution of large-ticket lease financings. He started his career at Generation Ventures Associates, and international power project developer, where he was manager in charge of financial analysis.
Cross received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments, summa cum laude, from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
