Midland's Growth Plan Includes
Two New Sales Positions

Midland Loan Services, a PNC Real Estate business, has created two new senior sales positions to continue the expansion of its commercial loan servicing, asset management and technology solutions businesses.

David Harrison, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development, will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with a focus on alternative commercial real estate lenders and specialty finance companies, as well as portfolio lenders such as insurance companies and banks.

He will continue to manage Midland’s Real Estate Solutions business development and investor relationships.

Harrison joined Midland in 2010 as a senior asset manager. Previously, he was a special servicing asset manager at KeyBank and senior director at Fitch Ratings. He is actively involved in the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) and currently co-chairman of the High Yield and Distressed Asset Forum. He will join the Board of Governors in June 2018.

Terri Wyda, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development, will focus her efforts on multifamily seller/servicers and portfolio lenders, including insurance companies and banks. She is currently the Market Manager for the multifamily agency warehouse lending business and will continue to maintain those responsibilities.

Wyda joined PNC Real Estate in 1998 as a Relationship Manager and has been in the real estate banking industry for more than 30 years.

Harrison will report to Stacey Berger, Executive Vice President and co-head of Midland. He and Wyda will coordinate their sales activities with Berger and David Eckels, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development, and manager of Midland’s business development team.

“We are very pleased to add the experience and relationships that David and Terri bring to the Midland business development and sales team,” said Berger.
