Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage
Danica leads PNC’s national Financial Sponsor Coverage group. Her primary responsibilities include designing, implementing and evaluating corporate strategy as it relates to firm-wide private equity, private credit and related portfolio company business. She is tasked with enhancing PNC's core banking product offerings to private equity firms and the companies they own, helping deliver all of PNC in a way that deepens new and existing sponsor relationships and serving as central point of contact for bankers looking to access cross-line of business products and services on behalf of their clients.
Danica spent over a decade building and leading an advisory business at Goldman Sachs and before that she worked in secondary school capital campaign development and major gift fundraising. She is a former member of the Southeastern Council of Foundations, the Advisory Boards of Skyland Trail and The Woodruff Arts Center, and the Board of Directors of Odyssey and The Wharton Club of Atlanta.
Danica received her MBA with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her BA with honors from Harvard University, where she was pre-med, played volleyball and rowed Crew.
