Kerry Rudy, Managing Director, Group Head of Not-For-Profit (NFP) Healthcare for PNC, has worked in public finance for 25 years serving a wide variety of public and not-for-profit clients. He has focused on NFP healthcare exclusively since 2003. He has worked on a broad array of financings that includes most products and structures utilized in the industry ranging from commercial paper to synthetic fixed rate bonds to Federal Housing Administration mortgage-backed securities. He has led transactions for a wide variety of healthcare issuers including large multi-state systems to stand alone community hospitals. His clients include systems from California to Texas to North Carolina and Wisconsin.
Rudy holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. In addition, he holds the Series 7, 24, 52, 53, 63, and 65 qualifications.
