Why is Apple Pay not working with my Apple Watch?
For security purposes, your Apple Watch will not be eligible for Apple Pay if you disable wrist detection, disable your device passcode, log out of iCloud or unpair your Apple Watch from your eligible iPhone. If you set up Apple Pay on your Apple Watch and then disable any of these features, the cards you enrolled in Apple Pay will be deleted and you will need to add them again. For customers using an eligible iPhone with their Apple Watch, disabling these features will only remove the cards enrolled in Apple Pay through the Apple Watch app, and not the Wallet app. Cards enrolled in Apple Pay on your iPhone through Wallet will still be active.
Please see the Apple Watch site for more Apple Watch & Apple Pay troubleshooting.
What should I do when I receive a replacement card?
When a PNC credit or debit card enrolled in Apple Pay expires or is replaced due to loss, theft, fraud or chip card upgrade, PNC will automatically update your card information in Apple Pay within two (2) business days from when your replacement card is activated. To update Apple Pay immediately and not wait the two (2) business days for the automatic update, manually remove the existing card and add the new card to the Wallet app.
When a PNC SmartAccess® card enrolled in Apple Pay expires or is replaced due to loss, theft, fraud or chip card upgrade, you will need to manually delete your existing card information and enroll your new card in Apple Pay using either the device camera or by typing in the card information.

If you replace or update your eligible iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac, your PNC debit or credit card(s) will not be transferred automatically. You will need to set up Apple Pay again and add your cards on the new device.
If your Apple Pay device is ever lost or stolen, you can use Find My iPhone to easily suspend the device account number, or call PNC bank using the number found on the back of your card to suspend it for you.
