Use Zelle to send and receive money with people you trust.

With Zelle® and PNC, sending money is easy. With just an email address or mobile phone number, you can quickly send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank in the U.S.
Select the email address or mobile phone number of the contact who will receive the payment.
Confirm the payment amount to send.
Once confirmed, your contact will receive an email or text notification with instructions to receive the money.
PNC customers with a valid checking account and mobile phone number can use Zelle to send money.
In order to use Zelle, you must have a mobile phone number and a U.S. bank account. Additionally, you can only send or receive money in U.S. dollars.
Zelle has replaced PopMoney in the PNC Mobile and PNC Virtual Wallet apps. However, you can continue to use PopMoney to send or receive money when you log into Online Banking on a desktop computer.
Zelle is currently available in the Virtual Wallet mobile app as well as the PNC Mobile Banking app.
With Zelle transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If the recipient has not enrolled, the payment will expire after 14 calendar days.
No, there is currently no fee for PNC customers using Zelle to send or receive money.
Zelle is available to almost anyone with a valid U.S. checking account. If the person to whom you are sending money does not bank with PNC, that person can enroll with Zelle through a participating financial institution or by entering a eligible U.S. debit card using the Zelle app.

Zelle should only be used to send or receive money with people you trust. Before using Zelle to send money, you should confirm the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Neither PNC nor Zelle offer a protection program for authorized payments made with Zelle. Zelle is available to almost anyone with a bank account in the U.S. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If the recipient has not enrolled, the payment will expire after 14 calendar days.
PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Also, a supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Deposit is a feature of PNC Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device and you must download a PNC mobile banking app. Eligible PNC Bank account and PNC Bank Online Banking required. Certain other restrictions apply. See the mobile banking terms and conditions in the PNC Online Banking Service Agreement.
