- Tiffany Aliche
Tiffany Aliche began learning about finances when she was just a child. Her parents knew that having a good grasp of money would serve her well, and they made it part of their family’s everyday life. Her fascination with the subject led her to learn more and more about it. Then she discovered her passion for education as a preschool teacher in Newark, New Jersey — a position she held for 10 years.
Today, Tiffany is an award-winning financial educator and author of The New York Times bestseller “Get Good With Money,” as well as “The One Week Budget” and the “Live Richer Challenge” series. Her financial advice has been featured on “Good Morning America,” the “Today” show, PBS, Fox Business, MSNBC and CNN/HLN, and in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TIME, Forbes and ESSENCE magazine.
Tiffany teaches financial courses in person and online through her Live Richer Academy platform, where tens of thousands of students have enrolled to learn how to better manage their money. She has also built a business, The Budgetnista, that has helped millions of women worldwide transform the way they think about money. Participants in this Live Richer Movement, called Dream Catchers, have collectively saved more than $250 million and paid off more than $200 million in debt.
Tiffany co-hosts a top-rated, Webby Award-winning financial podcast, Brown Ambition, and blogs regularly about personal finance on The Budgetnista Blog.
