No problems with lost checks, an old address or waiting for the mail.

What are my options for receiving financial aid or other refunds?
You have three options for receiving payment:
When should I set up my WU eRefund?
Log in to WU eRefund as soon as you receive your temporary activation code, so that you are set up and don't have to worry about it later. That way, if you should be eligible for a refund, it can be deposited directly into your checking account.
How will I know when my financial aid or other refund has been deposited to my bank account?
You will receive an email notification from PNCPaymentPortal@pnc.com to the email address you provided when funds are ready to be sent to your bank account. When you receive this message, you can check your bank account online, at an ATM or at your bank's branch office.
What happens if I don't activate my WU eRefund and select my preference for receiving my refunds?
A refund check will be mailed to the address you have on file at Waynesburg University. Remember to allow up to two additional weeks for check processing and mailing. For a faster refund, it is recommended that you sign up for Direct Deposit on WU eRefund.
I'm a parent. Can I receive my PLUS refund in another form other than a paper check?
Not at this time.

PNC provides free financial education for students.
Working in conjunction with the University, PNC will schedule financial education seminars on campus to assist students with Banking Basics, Budgeting, Identity Theft, and Protecting their Credit.
PNC provides free incoming wires and a courtesy overdraft waiver.
Student banking also comes with one free incoming wire transfer per monthly billing cycle and a courtesy overdraft fee waiver for the first NSF incident that may occur in the first 12 months after opening a new account. PNC looks at this as a way to educate students
