Making Payments Just Got Easier

We’ve made progress with you in mind. You can now make your loan/line payments in PNC Online Banking.

 

Do You Already Use PNC Online Banking Regularly?

In the near future, the CLC Consumer Services website you currently use will no longer accept payments for PNC products including auto, personal, home equities, and credit cards. You are now able to make your loan payments with PNC Online Banking. Please review the information below and complete the following actions to make payments with ease: 

Here's what you need to do:

  • Log in to the CLC Consumer Services website and cancel any scheduled payments. If these payments are not canceled, they will continue to be processed in addition to other payments that you may have made. 
  • Review scheduled payment dates to ensure there are no lapses in payment

You should also:

Log in to PNC Online Banking to prevent payment interruption

  • Select the “Transfer Funds” tab
  • Select “PNC Accounts and Payments”
  • Set up either a one-time or recurring payment

Do You Need to Enroll in Online Banking?

In the near future, the CLC Consumer Services website you currently use will no longer accept payments for PNC products including auto, personal, home equities, and credit cards. You will need to enroll in PNC Online Banking to continue making your loan payments online -- please review and complete the following instructions to do so.  

 

 

Online Banking Enrollment Instructions: 

What you will need:

  • Your social security number (SSN)
  • Your credit line or loan account number
  • Your online access PIN
  • Log in to the CLC Consumer Services website and cancel any scheduled payments. If these payments are not canceled, they will continue to be processed, in addition to other payments that you may have made
  • Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can set up one-time or recurring payments by signing on, selecting the Transfer Funds tab and choosing PNC Accounts and Payments. 
  • Review your scheduled payment dates to make sure there is no interruption in payments.
