You’ll need a PNC Investments account and Online Banking access. Please note: Certain PNC Investments account types, such as retirement, trust, joint, business and margin enabled accounts are not eligible.

You can get a line of credit for up to 50% of your eligible assets. Minimum credit line amount is $25,000 and maximum credit line amount is $5,000,000.
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a variable rate based on the line of credit amount and creditworthiness and will vary based on Prime Rate.
Retirement accounts are subject to legal and regulatory restrictions that prevent using them to secure a loan or line of credit.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a variable rate based on the then-current variable-rate index value plus or minus a margin, depending upon the credit line amount, and the creditworthiness of the borrower. If the variable-rate index increases or decreases, your rate will increase or decrease accordingly. The rate will not exceed 24%. Rates, terms and conditions are as of 5/1/2022 and are subject to change at any time.
2. Credit is subject to approval. Certain terms and conditions apply. An eligible PNC Investments account and Online Banking access is required.
3. Through your Investment Line of Credit you can borrow up to 50% of the value of the eligible assets in your PNC Investments account. Certain PNC Investments account types, such as retirement, trust, joint, business and margin enabled accounts are not eligible.
4. The Investment Line of Credit is a variable rate loan. The Minimum Monthly Payment during each billing cycle will be the greater of $45 or the sum of any Interest Charges. In no event will the Minimum Monthly Payment be greater than the entire outstanding balance on the account.
