1Checking Account (#789) – For example, in the Household request above, only Checking Account information will be returned.
To avoid receiving partial account information or none at all, PNC recommends each household member make an Individual request and not combine with other members of the household to make a Household request.
Step 1: Each household member must submit a Retrieve Data or Delete Data request. All of the member requests must be the same—either Retrieve Data or Delete Data requests.
Step 2: After submitting the individual requests, each household member must email email@example.com and request that their Retrieve Data or Delete Data request be combined with the other members of their household. Each email must include the full names of every person in the household and the case reference numbers for each member’s individual Retrieve Data or Delete Data request.
Note: If PNC does not receive email requests from every household member within seven (7) calendar days of the date on which the first request was submitted, or cannot verify any household member’s identity, the Household request will not be processed. Instead, PNC will process each verified request on an individual basis.
firstname.lastname@example.org – This email address is only monitored for Household requests and not general banking inquiries.
