PNC is constantly exploring ways to enhance your experience with us. By simplifying our account offerings, we will be better able to serve your banking needs and provide you with options to manage your cash flow.
All transferred accounts kept the same account number and continue to use the same checks. Also, any previously authorized payments and deposits to the account will continue, as well as preauthorized bill payments and transfers.
A detailed conversion packet was mailed to you in November 2019. It included the features, benefits and pricing for the account that you have been transferred to.
The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee will be waived for your first statement cycle following the transfer.
Based on the aggregated volume of deposits, deposited items, paid items and ACH credits and debits received
Fee for each additional transaction over 150:
For cash deposited over-the-counter, in the night depository or via Quick Deposit
Fee for additional cash deposited over $5,000:
$0.25 per $100
See ways to avoid this fee below
Each month the PNC business checking account will be automatically reviewed to see if it qualifies to avoid the account maintenance fee by meeting any ONE of the following three conditions:
Average Monthly Collected Balance in this account
Use a linked PNC business credit card to make a minimum of $500 in eligible net purchases[1,2,3]
during the billing cycle ending immediately prior to the date the monthly account maintenance fee would be charged to the PNC business checking account.
Maintain a linked PNC Merchant Services® account and generate a minimum of $500 in qualifying monthly processing deposits[2,4,5]
The PNC business checking account receiving PNC Merchant Services processing deposits is the only account eligible to avoid the monthly account maintenance fee.
The monthly statement cycle review checks all three options above to determine if one of the account fee options were met to avoid the monthly account maintenance fee - you do not need to choose one option or qualify in the same manner each cycle to avoid the fee.
