Merchant Processing Agreement Program Guide
The PNC Merchant Services® Merchant Processing Agreement Program Guide (“Program Guide”) contains the terms and conditions for all of your card processing, including Discover Network transactions. This Program Guide can be downloaded or printed for your records.
The terms of the Program Guide will be effective October 31, 2022, and your acceptance of Discover card payments, on or after October 31, 2022, will constitute your agreement to be bound by the Program Guide and the terms set forth in it.
