Important Legal Disclosures and Information

  1. Both offers require the opening of a new PNC Merchant Services account by December 31, 2020. Clover® Go, Payeezy Gateway, FD150 Terminal, Verifone V400c and V400m are excluded from this offer. Limit of one reward per business relationship, regardless of the number of business locations. To receive $400: Activation and processing of $10,000 or greater in card transactions are required within the first four billing cycles. Eligibility for the $400 cash reward will be reviewed and the reward will be credited if applicable to your PNC Merchant Services account within 30 days of the completion of the third or fourth billing cycle and meeting account opening, activation and processing requirements. OR To receive $250: Activation and processing of $2,500 or greater in card transactions are required within the first four billing cycles. Eligibility for the $250 cash reward will be reviewed and the reward will be credited if applicable to your PNC Merchant Services account within 30 days of the completion of the third or fourth billing cycle and meeting account opening, activation and processing requirements. Any credit, if earned, will be forfeited if the PNC Merchant Services account is closed before the credit is awarded. Value of cash reward may be reported to the IRS, as required by law. Non Resident Aliens are not eligible. Offers may be extended, modified or discontinued at any time without notice and may vary by market.

  2. Customers must establish a new PNC Merchant Services account with an initial term of three years or longer. An early termination fee will not be applied if you close this account prior to the end of the term. If you have leased Clover or other equipment, this is a separate agreement and is noncancellable. Please refer to your lease agreement for details. Purchased Clover or other equipment is nonreturnable. A separate agreement for Clover Check Acceptance may also have been signed. Please refer to your Clover Check Acceptance agreement for termination policy.

  3. Wi-Fi access or cellular data may be required. Additional costs for cellular data usage.

  4. PNC Merchant Services is not responsible for third party apps or software. All apps are provided by third parties (including Clover, a First Data Company) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the app developer. All Clover software plans are provided by Clover. Availability of certain Clover software plans and apps may be based upon the Clover equipment you purchased or leased, as well as your industry. For more information contact your PNC Merchant Services account executive. Some apps may be available for download on your Clover device through the Clover App Market. The Clover App Market can be accessed through a Clover device or through the web dashboard. There may be fees associated with apps which are disclosed in the app market. You will be charged monthly fees for all Clover software packages except for Clover Go merchants with swipe and non-swipe pricing. These monthly fees may be changed at any time. For information regarding third party app fees and software fees, contact PNC Merchant Services support at 800-742-5030. Clover Go software fees are charged through PNC Merchant Services and apps are charged through the app market.

  5. Eligible solutions for the PNC Merchant Services offer that expires December 31, 2020 include: Clover® Station, Clover® Station Pro, Clover® Flex, Clover® Mini, Cash Flow Insight® with integrated card payments, PayerExpress with integrated card payments, or a certified and compatible third-party point-of-sale systems or certified Gateway.

Cash Flow Insight® requires a PNC business checking account, enrollment in PNC Online Banking, Cash Flow Insight Receivables and an integrated PNC Merchant Services account.
