Availability of certain Clover software plans and apps may be based upon the Clover equipment you purchased or leased, as well as your industry. The Clover App Market can be accessed through a Clover device or through the Clover web dashboard. There may be fees associated with third party apps and fees are disclosed in the Clover App Market. For all apps that you purchase through Clover, on a monthly basis, Clover will charge you an amount that equals your total fees for apps. Clover then pays the app developer directly. Except as is otherwise set forth in your agreement for merchant services, your funds for MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and American Express transactions will ordinarily be processed and transferred to select PNC business checking accounts within one business day from the time PNC Merchant Services receives your batch (which is an electronic file containing your card transactions). If a batch is received after our cut-off time of 10:00 PM ET, or on a day that is not a business day, we will generally consider the batch as being received on the next business day. Business day means Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

Customers must establish a new PNC Merchant Services account with an initial term of three years or longer. An early termination fee will not be applied if you close this account prior to the end of the term. If you have leased Clover or other equipment, this is a separate agreement and is noncancellable. Please refer to your lease agreement for details. Purchased Clover or other equipment is nonreturnable. A separate agreement for Clover Check Acceptance may also have been signed. Please refer to your Clover Check Acceptance agreement for termination policy.
