Why was I redirected here from HomeHQ, where I usually sign in?

We wanted to make you aware of the coming change to PNC Online Banking. You may continue to use Mortgage Online if you’d like for now, but you will soon need to enroll in PNC Online Banking if you want to continue managing your mortgage online.

How do I enroll in PNC Online Banking?

To enroll in PNC Online Banking, you will need the following:

• Your Social Security Number (SSN)

• Your Online Banking User ID - sent to you via mail, or you can call 800-822-5626 for assistance

• Your full PNC Mortgage Account # - which can be located on your coupon book or billing statement

 

Once ready, you can access and enroll in PNC Online Banking here

How do I sign up for Online Statements?

After enrolling in PNC Online Banking (see above)

1) Log in to Online Banking

2) In the Customer Service tab, look under Manage Accounts and Select Online Statement preferences

3) Click “Edit” under Statement Type to turn off your paper statement
