Christine Shambach Corporate Liquidity Strategist and Head of Liquidity Management, PNC

Christine Shambach leads PNC’s Corporate Liquidity Strategy team, focusing on delivering value-added insight and solutions to help clients manage their liquidity needs and deliver PNC’s full range of cash and investment solutions.

In addition, since 2014, Shambach has led Liquidity Management for PNC and PNC Bank, N.A., including assessing funding strategies, managing and executing PNC’s funding plan, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and internal liquidity requirements.

Shambach joined PNC in 2010 as a member of PNC’s mergers and acquisitions team, where she was responsible for leading the execution of PNC’s acquisition and divestiture transactions, including the acquisition of RBC Bank (USA). She previously worked in mergers and acquisitions for other major banks.

Shambach holds a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Rob Dailey
Rob Dailey Executive Vice President and Head of Public Finance, PNC

As head of PNC's Public Finance group, Rob Dailey is responsible for PNC's public finance banking and public finance capital markets activities. He has spent much of his career in public finance and has experience in the full range of government banking and investment banking services, structures and transactions. He has assisted clients in financing general government, transportation, water, utilities and education projects — employing the full range of banking and capital markets products.

Dailey joined PNC from another major bank, where he spent 18 years, most recently as manager of public finance investment banking efforts in the East region.

He received a master’s degree of business administration in finance from New York University and a bachelor of arts in government and economics from Georgetown University. He holds the FINRA General Securities (Series 7), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses.
