Rob Dailey Executive Vice President and Head of Public Finance, PNC

As head of PNC's Public Finance group, Rob Dailey is responsible for PNC's public finance banking and public finance capital markets activities. He has spent much of his career in public finance and has experience in the full range of government banking and investment banking services, structures and transactions. He has assisted clients in financing general government, transportation, water, utilities and education projects — employing the full range of banking and capital markets products.

Dailey joined PNC from another major bank, where he spent 18 years, most recently as manager of public finance investment banking efforts in the East region.

He received a master’s degree of business administration in finance from New York University and a bachelor of arts in government and economics from Georgetown University. He holds the FINRA General Securities (Series 7), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses.

David W. Temme
David W. Temme Senior Vice President, PNC’s Treasury Solutions Group

Dave Temme joined PNC in 1992 after spending several years addressing a variety of cash management and other treasury-related issues at Unisys Corporation. Prior to joining Unisys, Temme served a diverse client base as part of the audit staff at Coopers & Lybrand. His background combines the perspective of a corporate practitioner with a solid understanding of the accounting implications of our clients’ treasury activities.

For the past 25 years, Temme has assisted clients and prospects in addressing core corporate treasury functions and working capital utilization — covering billing, collection, credit, procurement and trade payment processes.

He graduated from Drexel University in 1984 with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting. He subsequently received his master’s degree in business administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is based in Philadelphia, PA.
