What is Arcadia E-Refund?

Based on a request from students for a more efficient refund process, Arcadia University initiated a request for proposal (RFP) process to contract with a vendor to provide fast, convenient processing of refunds from financial aid or other sources on their student account. Arcadia E-Refund is the result of this process.

What are my options for receiving financial aid or other refunds? You have 3 options for receiving payment:
  1. A deposit into a PNC Checking Account
  2. ACH (electronic transfer) to an account at another Financial Institution
  3. A paper check if no faster delivery option is selected (this remains the default payment method).

How do I activate my account/select my refund preference? Students will receive an activation code through the mail. The activation code allows them to log into Arcadia E-Refund so they can select a refund preference. The advantage of having your refund deposited directly into either a PNC bank account or an account at another bank is that you will receive your refund faster, and you don’t have to worry about whether your address is current.
