|William A. Kosis, President and CEO
William A. Kosis is President and CEO of PNC Business Credit which provides asset-based and second lien financing to businesses in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Previously, Mr. Kosis was president and chief executive officer of IBJ Schroder Business Credit. He started the Asset Based Lending Division of IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust in 1989 and built a team which expanded the group into a well-respected national industry participant.
|Mr. Kosis managed the Bank of New York Middle Market Northern Team from 1983 to 1986. Later that year he started and managed the bank's Middle Market Connecticut division. Mr. Kosis began his career in 1978 in the Management Training Program at G.E. Capital. He belongs to the Commercial Finance Association and the New York Runners Club. Mr. Kosis is a graduate of Penn State University and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1982 with a specialty in finance and accounting. In addition, he completed post graduate work at the Graduate School of Credit and Finance at Stanford University.|

Steve A. Curtis joined PNC Business Credit in March of 2002 as Senior Vice President, Western Division Portfolio Manager. He has an extensive background in asset based lending with experience in Portfolio Management, Audit, Underwriting, and Marketing.
He was instrumental in the successful start-up with Wells Fargo Commercial Finance. He has also held senior positions with Congress Financial and CIT Business Credit.
He has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Cal State Long Beach. He is an active volunteer with the local Parks & Recreation Department and with the Special Olympics organization.
|Brian MacConnell, President
Steel City Capital Funding
Brian MacConnell is President of Steel City Capital Funding, a division of PNC Bank, which provides both senior and junior secured loans to sponsor backed middle market companies in support of leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
Prior to starting Steel City, Brian served as Executive Vice President and Division Executive for PNC Business Credit, a leading provider of asset based loans to the middle market, where he was responsible for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Brian also served as Division Executive for PNC Corporate Banking, the corporation?s traditional relationship based servicing division.
Brian joined PNC in 1997 as a founding member of PNC Business Credit. As Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager, he oversaw the closure of over $6 billion in new client loans. Prior to joining PNC, Brian was Senior Vice President/Marketing Manager of IBJ Schorder Business Credit Corp.
Brian is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in finance and marketing. Brian earned his M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
|Peter J. Mardaga, Executive Vice President
Mid-West Region Executive
Peter Mardaga joined The PNC Financial Services Group in 1992 and has been with PNC Business Credit since its formation in 1997. Mr. Mardaga has served in a number of sales and portfolio positions within PNCBC, including the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Manager and Portfolio Manager roles. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the group. Mr. Mardaga started his career with Wachovia Bank.
|Mr. Mardaga is a graduate of Fordham University, holding a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A in finance. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.|
|Paul L. Schneider, Executive Vice President PNC Business Credit
Paul L. Schneider joined PNC Business Credit as a Vice President, Marketing Officer in 1996. In 1998 he became Marketing Manager for the Western Footprint of PNC Business Credit. Subsequent to that he managed the marketing efforts of the Southern Region, Southwest Region and Midwestern Region. Since 2007 he has been Business Credit's Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining PNC Business Credit, Schneider was the Vice President and Regional Manager of Marine Midland Business Loans, Inc.'s Central Region.
Schneider is a graduate of Thomas More College with a bachelor's degree in history. He earned his masters in finance from George Washington University.

W. Craig Stillwagon joined PNC Business Credit in 1997. Mr. Stillwagon has over 24 years of experience in middle market lending and business development. He began his career with Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) in the NYC Midtown Commercial Lending Group after successfully completing the bank's Accelerated Credit Training Program.
|Mr. Stillwagon also has business development experience with Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo) and CIT Business Credit. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association. He received his B.A. in Communications & Marketing from Denison University in 1983, and attended the University of Nevada for his M.B.A. in Finance.|

Thomas Stoltz joined PNC Business Credit in 1999 as the Western Regional Portfolio Manager. Mr. Stoltz was previously the Portfolio Manager for Wells Fargo Business Credit from 1997 to 1999; and the Western Regional Portfolio Manager for Congress Financial from 1994 to 1997. He started his career in 1976 in the National Central Bank Credit Training Program and subsequently joined their asset-based lending operation.
|Mr. Stoltz has a B.S. in Accounting from Shippensburg University and earned an E.M.B.A. from Claremont Graduate University, Drucker School of Management. He is a member of the California Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.|
|Peter W. Thompson, Executive Vice President
Southeast Region Executive
Peter W. Thompson joined PNC Business Credit as Executive Vice President in 1997. Mr. Thompson was previously the portfolio manager for IBJ Schroder Business Credit from 1994 to 1997. He was a founding member of a de novo commercial finance operation at the Bank of New York from 1985 to 1994, managing the Auditing and Operations department.
|Mr. Thompson started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1977 and attained the rank of vice president and senior loan officer by 1985. Active in the finance industry, he served as a former president of the Commercial Finance Association - New York Chapter. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of St. John's University with a B.S. in accounting.|
|Michael S. Wagner, Executive Vice President
Northeast Mid-Atlantic Region Executive
Michael S. Wagner joined The PNC Financial Services Group in 1992. Previously, with the acquisition of the National Bank of Canada US Operations (2001), Mr. Wagner served as the Eastern Portfolio Manager with portfolios in New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte. In 2000-2001, Mr. Wagner served as Regional Portfolio Manager for the PNC Middle Market, Healthcare, and Asset-Based products in the Mid-Atlantic.
|With the formation of PNC Business Credit in 1997 his responsibilities included Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to the formation of Business Credit, Mr. Wagner was a Regional Manager with sales and portfolio responsibilities for the Philadelphia asset based portfolio. Prior to PNC, Mr. Wagner served as a marketing and portfolio officer for Fidelity Bank, and began his career in the credit training program at Continental Bank. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He belongs to the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and has served in various officer capacities with the Commercial Finance Association.|
