PNC Celebrates Women's
At PNC, we believe that diversity initiatives make good business sense. We support diversity and inclusion in many ways, including programs that engage our customers, communities, employees and suppliers. March is Women's History Month, and through a variety of events and sponsorships, PNC recognizes the important contributions of women in the workforce. PNC commemorates Women's History Month this year with events in:
- Cleveland - March 7
PNC is sponsoring the 8th annual YWCA Women's Leadership Conference: "The Resilient Leader," on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Hilton Garden Inn. This event will feature expert keynote speakers, break-out sessions, book signings, a silent auction and vendor showcase. It concludes with a networking social hour.
- Pittsburgh - March 13
PNC's WomenConnect Employee Business Resource Group is hosting an employee event featuring global financial leader Mary K. Bush.
- Pittsburgh - March 14
PNC is sponsoring the Pittsburgh Business Times' Women's Leadership Reception honoring women executives in Pittsburgh on March 14 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. After the reception, the winners of the 2013 BusinessWomen First Awards will be honored with a gala dinner and awards ceremony from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Marty Evans will speak as part of PNC's "Women in Power" series at the Quail Valley Golf Club to benefit the Indian River Medical Center Foundation.
- Palm Beach, Fla. - April 9
The Hon. Olympia Snowe, former U.S. Senator from Maine, will speak on April 9 at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall - Grand Court from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at a luncheon as part of PNC's "Women in Power" speaker series.
- Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - April 10
The Hon. Olympia Snowe, former U.S. Senator from Maine, will speak on April 10 as part of PNC's "Women in Power" speaker series.
