Monmouth University E-Refund enables a student to have any refund deposited directly into an existing bank account - no problems with lost checks, changing addresses, or waiting for the mail!

What are my options for receiving financial aid or other refunds? You have three options for receiving payment:
  1. Direct Deposit into a PNC Bank Account.
  2. Direct Deposit into a bank account at another financial institution
  3. Paper Check is the default if no faster option is selected. However, you should still log in and confirm your current mailing address.

How do I get started? You will receive an email through your Monmouth University email account shortly before the start of the semester with a Temporary Activation Code. This code enables you to log in to Monmouth University E-Refund and set up contact information and payment preference. When you log in, have your bank account information available too, so you can set up the Direct Deposit option, which will be the fastest way to receive your refunds. You will receive an email notification from Monmouth University E-Refund to Monmouth University email account when funds are ready to be sent to your bank account.
