Internet access is required. Your trial offer period begins when you sign up for PNC Online Payroll. After the first 30 days, you pay the special $9.99 price for each of the next 2 months. The standard fee of $39.99 per month for up to five (5) employees/contractors, or $19.99 per month for up to five (5) employees/contractors when payroll for all employees is directly deposited to PNC Bank Checking accounts, will apply after the introductory period. Discount will no longer apply if, subsequently, one or more employees do not establish or maintain their direct deposit to a PNC Bank Checking Account.

Following your 30 day free trial, a $1.99 monthly fee per employee also will apply for each additional employee or contractor over five (5). There is a $12 monthly fee for each additional state with a tax filing obligation. Multi-State Employers are defined as: (a) you have work locations outside of your primary work state or (b) you have at least one employee that resides in a state outside of your primary work state and you have elected to withhold and file state taxes on behalf of that employee. Sales tax also may be charged where applicable.

Payroll service fees will be automatically charged to or deducted monthly from the payment account you specify until you cancel the service. Billing will occur on the same day of the month as the day you enrolled in the service. (Note, if you enrolled on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your billing day will be the 28th of each month thereafter.) You may cancel at any time online (within Online Payroll account click Setup tab, then Cancel Service) or by calling 1-877-762-7975. Offer may be extended, modified or discontinued at any time without notice and may vary by market. Terms, conditions, features, availability, pricing, fees, service and support options subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply, including exception processing fees which will be passed on to the Business for which the fees are incurred.
