You may work in a branch, a customer service center or in a corporate location, showing people how to make the most of their money with innovations like PNC's interactive Virtual Wallet, mobile banking apps, online banking and credit card alerts.

Throughout our markets, we have training sites with teams dedicated to train and develop Retail Banking employees. New employees are offered position-specific education, including self-paced online courses and face-to-face interaction. Additional training is provided anytime we launch a new Retail Banking product, service or enhancement.

You can expect more learning opportunities as you advance your career into management. The Management and Professional Development training team delivers courses on coaching/mentoring, time management, presentation skills and other relevant topics. We also have a Retail Development training team that directs the strategy, development and implementation of programs focused on the personal growth of each employee.

Every day here will allow you to use your knowledge and experience within a stable, trusted and growing company. We also offer several shifts and schedules to fit your busy lifestyle. This includes weekend hours at select branches that are open seven days a week.
