Increased diversity is both a corporate value and a company priority at PNC, one that starts right at the top. Our Corporate Diversity Council is made up of our senior executives, each charged with specific diversity objectives in different areas of the company. We've set up a number of Employee Resource Groups, for African-Americans, for senior women, for Latinos and for Asian-Americans.
