Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTAs)

IOLTA checking accounts are limited to attorneys and law firms that maintain escrow funds for multiple clients. An IOLTA checking account pools the funds into a single, interest bearing account.  Interest earned, less any permitted service fees, is forwarded by PNC Bank to the state IOLTA board to fund legal expenses for those who are unable to afford legal services, and other justice related projects of the board.

IOLTA accounts come with:

  • No minimum balance and no monthly maintenance fee
  • Unlimited monthly transactions
  • Detailed monthly statement
  • Interest earned on the entire account balance

For current interest rates, call us at 877-535-6316 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., ET, Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET, Saturday and Sunday.
