Steve Griffin joins PNC Real Estate as a senior vice president and regional manager for agency loan production in the Multifamily business. In his new role, Steve will be responsible for leading the Agency origination team with products that include: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and PNC Bank. He will oversee the western region out of the Calabasas, California office reporting to Tom Booher, executive vice president, manager of agency finance.
"PNC's product set and the quality of the entire PNC team I will be working with were the primary reasons I wanted to join the company," said Griffin.
Steve has nearly 20 years of multifamily real estate finance experience and has spent the last 10 years with Freddie Mac Multifamily, most recently as managing director of the Western region. He was responsible for overseeing the significant growth of the agency's multifamily portfolio in the west and was instrumental in creating a high quality book of business. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
