Yes. Midland offers Borrower Insight, an internet portal that gives you access to your loan account.

 How do I register for Borrower Insight?
It's easy. Follow the steps to register by clicking Borrower Insight or go to the following URL:

 Can I print my billing statement online?
This option is currently not available. Billing statements are mailed approximately 14 days prior to the due date. If you do not receive a billing statement or if you need another copy, please call Borrower Services at 800-327-8083.

 Can I make my payment online?
Midland does not currently offer the capability to make payments on line, by phone or at a local PNC Bank branch.

 Can Midland automatically debit my payment from my bank account?
Yes. Midland offers an Automatic Draft option for all borrowers. Your scheduled payment is drafted by Midland on a pre-arranged date per your authorization. To get set up, please complete the ACH authorization or contact Borrower Services at 800-327-8083.

 How do I submit a payoff quote request?
Please submit your written request for a payoff quote to mlspayoffdept@midlandls.com or fax to 913-253-9816. Requests can also be made via regular or overnight mail, Attn: Payoff Department. Applicable processing fees will apply.

 I have an escrow account for taxes. Where should I send tax bills upon receipt?
Please email your tax bills and other tax information to mlsesc@midlandls.com or fax to 913-253-9902. Submissions can also be made via regular or overnight mail, Attn: Tax Department.

 How do I submit a reserve draw request?
Reserve draw requests can be submitted by regular or overnight mail, Attn: Reserve Administration. Submissions can also be made via fax to 913-253-9001. For your convenience, please find the attached Request for Disbursement form (required).

 How should I deliver required financial reporting such as property operating statements and rent rolls to Midland?

 What is an escrow analysis?
An escrow analysis is performed to ensure your monthly escrow payments will be sufficient to pay escrow items (property taxes and/or insurance) as they become due.

 Why did my escrow payment increase?
Increases can be the result of annual tax and/or insurance amounts increasing from the previous year. Or, unless otherwise provided for in the loan documentation, an anticipated percentage increase may have been added to the tax and/or insurance amounts.
