Pay Receive Sync are available for enrollment exclusively within PNC Online Banking. Payables, Receivables and Accounting Software Sync’s 60-day fee waiver includes any combination of the three tools (Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync), additional sub-users, and transaction-based fees for Cash Flow Insight transactions that occur during the 60 day fee waiver period. Following the waiver period, unless you terminate the services, the eligible business account used to enroll will be charged the monthly subscription, additional user, and transaction fees on your next applicable statement and each month you are enrolled. Please note Cash Flow Insight Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync charges are applied on a delay– for example June subscription and transaction fees are reflected in your July statement and debited from your eligible business account in August. Following enrollment, you can change or cancel your enrollments or the eligible business account to be charged (service fee account) by visiting the Settings page, which can be accessed via the gear icon on the right side of the Cash Flow Insight toolbar or by selecting the choose your experience link from the yellow bar available on screen during any waiver period.

Eligibility based on Customer’s checking relationship and whether or not they have experienced Pay Receive Sync (in any combination of the three tools) before.
Your Receivables and/or Payables data within Pay Receive Sync can sync with the following supported accounting software: QuickBooks® for Windows, QuickBooks® Online, Intacct®, NetSuite® and Xero®. There is a fee for this syncing service. Users of other accounting software, such as Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics® GP, can use the import/export functionality within Pay Receive Sync at no additional cost. Must sign up for this service.
