Ben joined Riverarch Equity Partners in September 2024. Prior to joining Riverarch, he worked at Evercore, a boutique investment bank, where he advised sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions across a variety of sectors. Ben graduated from Georgetown University, summa cum laude, with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Operations & Information Management.
Jennifer joined Riverarch Equity Partners in June 2012. Prior to joining Riverarch, Jennifer held administrative positions at myCIO Wealth Partners in Philadelphia and CFO Publishing in New York. Jennifer received a bachelor of science in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Alyssa joined Riverarch Equity Partners in April 2024. Prior to joining Riverarch, she worked at PEI Global Partners covering assets in the power generation, energy and infrastructure space. Alyssa received a B.S.B.A in Finance from Georgetown University.
Charlie joined Riverarch Equity Partners in August 2020. Prior to joining Riverarch, Charlie worked at Wells Fargo Securities, where he covered companies in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Charlie also gained experience working at Monroe Hill Growth Partners, a North Carolina based private equity firm. Charlie received a B.A. in Peace, War, and Defense, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently a director of The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
Sam joined Riverarch Equity Partners in September 2020. Prior to joining Riverarch, Sam worked for H.I.G. Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to that, he was part of the M&A and Investments team at Advantage Solutions. Sam received a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is currently a director of Barr GeoSpatial Solutions and Medical Technology Associates.
Michael joined Riverarch Equity Partners in January 2018. Prior to joining Riverarch, Michael worked for Dominus Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in New York. Prior to that, Michael was at Incline Equity (and previously PNC Equity Partners) in Pittsburgh and Deloitte Consulting in Washington, DC. Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration, with distinction, from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. He was previously a director of Feeders Supply, Midway Dental Supply and Radiance Holdings. He is currently a director of Empire Group, Medical Technology Associates, Messenger and Safco Dental Supply.
Brian rejoined Riverarch Equity Partners in July 2019. Prior to rejoining Riverarch, Brian worked for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, a global infrastructure private equity firm based in New York, where he focused on the transportation and environmental services sectors. Prior to that, Brian started his career at Riverarch Equity Partners. Brian received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He was previously a director of Painters Supply & Equipment Co. He is currently a director of Barr GeoSpatial Solutions, Clayton Kendall, Costanzo’s Bakery, Fresh Direct Produce, Forta and The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
Andrew joined Riverarch Equity Partners in 2011 from PNC Equity Partners. Prior to Riverarch, Andrew worked within the investment bank at JPMorgan. Andrew received a bachelor of business administration in finance and economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Feeders Supply, Fire & Life Safety America, Global Claims Services, Goldco, Midway Dental Supply, North American Breaker Company, Painters Supply & Equipment Co., Pirtek Europe, Radiance Holdings, Shearer Supply and Steelite International. He is currently a director of APA Industries, Clayton Kendall, Costanzo’s Bakery, Messenger and The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
Michael worked at PNC Equity Partners before establishing Riverarch Equity Partners. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Michael received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina. Michael was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Environmental Express, Feeders Supply, North American Breaker Company, LawLogix, Pirtek Europe, Precision Aviation Group and Steelite International. He is currently a director of Barr GeoSpatial Solutions, Empire Group, Forta, Fresh Direct Produce and Safco Dental Supply.
Michael joined Riverarch Equity Partners in February 2022. Prior to joining Riverarch, Michael worked for Stryker Corporation, a leading global medical technology company, in various commercial leadership roles nationally based in Pittsburgh, PA and San Jose, CA. Prior to that, Michael was in the United States Marine Corps and supported training operations in North Carolina during Operation Enduring Freedom. Michael received a BA from the University of Pittsburgh in Communications/Rhetoric. He is currently focused on business development and relationship management for the firm.
Peter joined Riverarch Equity Partners in August 2022. He previously worked at Credit Suisse covering companies in the Healthcare sector and spent time in PNC’s Asset Backed Finance group. Peter attended Penn State University where he received B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accounting degree.
Amy joined Riverarch Equity Partners in August 2022 after graduating from Princeton University with Honors. Amy majored in Economics and earned a certificate in Finance, while playing Division I soccer and being an active member in Princeton’s premier student-run investment club. Prior to graduating, Amy interned in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New York, where she covered middle-market Technology, Media, and Software companies. Before Investment Banking, Amy gained experience in private equity while interning at Ardian in New York, in their Fund of Funds division.
Daniel joined Riverarch Equity Partners in May 2023. Prior to joining Riverarch, Daniel worked for Windjammer Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to that, he worked for Prudential Private Capital in the Chicago and London offices. Daniel received a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is a CFA Charterholder. He is currently a director of Clayton Kendall.
Bennett joined Riverarch Equity Partners in October 2023. Prior to joining Riverarch, Bennett worked for Incline Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in New York. At Incline, Bennett served as a director of several portfolio companies within the distribution, business services, and manufacturing industries. Prior to Incline, Bennett worked within the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup in New York. Bennett graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Finance and minor in Economics.
Tom joined Riverarch Equity Partners in November 2023. Prior to joining Riverarch, Tom worked for Piper Sandler & Co, a middle market investment bank, where he covered companies operating in the Fintech and Specialty Finance sectors. Tom received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Economics and minored in Computing and Digital Technologies.
