Jennifer joined PNC Riverarch Capital in June 2012. Prior to joining PNC, Jennifer held administrative positions at myCIO Wealth Partners in Philadelphia and CFO Publishing in New York. Jennifer received a bachelor of science in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Charlie joined PNC Riverarch Capital in August 2020. Prior to joining PNC, Charlie worked at Wells Fargo Securities, where he covered companies in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Charlie also gained experience working at Monroe Hill Growth Partners, a North Carolina based private equity firm. Charlie received a B.A. in Peace, War, and Defense, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Sam joined PNC Riverarch Capital in September 2020. Prior to joining PNC, Sam worked for H.I.G. Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to that, he was part of the M&A and Investments team at Advantage Solutions. Sam received a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is currently a director of Medical Technology Associates.
Michael joined PNC Riverarch Capital in January 2018. Prior to joining PNC, Michael worked for Dominus Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in New York. Prior to that, Michael was at Incline Equity (and previously PNC Equity Partners) in Pittsburgh and Deloitte Consulting in Washington, DC. Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration, with distinction, from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. He was previously a director of Midway Dental Supply. He is currently a director of Empire Group, Feeders Supply, Medical Technology Associates, Messenger, Radiance Holdings, and Safco Dental Supply.
Brian rejoined PNC Riverarch Capital in July 2019. Prior to rejoining PNC, Brian worked for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, a global infrastructure private equity firm based in New York, where he focused on the transportation and environmental services sectors. Prior to that, Brian started his career at PNC Riverarch Capital. Brian received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He was previously a director of Painters Supply & Equipment Co. He is currently a director of Costanzo’s Bakery, Fresh Direct Produce and Forta.
Andrew joined PNC Riverarch Capital in July 2014. Prior to joining PNC, Andrew worked for L.E.K. Consulting in the Private Equity group in New York. Andrew graduated from Columbia University, magna cum laude, with dual majors in applied mathematics, economics and political science. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and graduated in the top 5% of his class. He was previously a director of Fire & Life Safety America, North American Breaker Company, Tranzonic and T.S.S. LLC. He is currently a director of Medical Technology Associates and Shearer Supply.
Andrew joined PNC Riverarch Capital in 2011 from PNC Equity Partners. Prior to PNC, Andrew worked within the investment bank at JPMorgan. Andrew received a bachelor of business administration in finance and economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Fire & Life Safety America, Global Claims Services, Goldco, Midway Dental Supply, North American Breaker Company, Painters Supply & Equipment Co., and Steelite International. He is currently a director of Costanzo’s Bakery, Feeders Supply, Messenger, Pirtek Europe, Shearer Supply and Radiance Holdings.
Michael worked at PNC Equity Partners before establishing PNC Riverarch Capital. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Michael received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina. Michael was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Environmental Express, North American Breaker Company, LawLogix, Precision Aviation Group and Steelite International. He is currently a director of Empire Group, Feeders Supply, Forta, Fresh Direct Produce, Pirtek Europe, and Safco Dental Supply.
Michael joined PNC Riverarch Capital in February 2022. Prior to joining PNC, Michael worked for Stryker Corporation, a leading global medical technology company, in various commercial leadership roles nationally based in Pittsburgh, PA and San Jose, CA. Prior to that, Michael was in the United States Marine Corps and supported training operations in North Carolina during Operation Enduring Freedom. Michael received a BA from the University of Pittsburgh in Communications/Rhetoric. He is currently focused on business development and relationship management for the firm.
Jarrod joined PNC Riverarch Capital in August 2021. Prior to joining Riverarch, Jarrod was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company where he served clients across multiple functions and industries. He also gained experience as an Investment Banking Strategist at Goldman Sachs. Jarrod received his M.S. and B.S. from Stanford University, where he studied Computer Science.
Peter joined PNC Riverarch Capital in August 2022. He previously worked at Credit Suisse covering companies in the Healthcare sector and spent time in PNC’s Asset Backed Finance group. Peter attended Penn State University where he received B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accounting degree.
Amy joined PNC Riverarch Capital in August 2022 after graduating from Princeton University with Honors. Amy majored in Economics and earned a certificate in Finance, while playing Division I soccer and being an active member in Princeton’s premier student-run investment club. Prior to graduating, Amy interned in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New York, where she covered middle-market Technology, Media, and Software companies. Before Investment Banking, Amy gained experience in private equity while interning at Ardian in New York, in their Fund of Funds division. Amy also studied abroad at the London School of Economics during her freshman year of college, where she studied economics and finance.
