Jason is UK Sales Director for PNC Business Credit. He is responsible for leading the PNC UK Business Development team and driving the growth strategy and deal execution with Private Equity Groups, Credit Funds, Corporate Finance and Debt Advisers across the UK and Ireland. He has a wealth of experience across a variety of Senior Secured financing including Asset-Based Lending – both on a bilateral and syndicated basis, Stretch Cash Flow, Unitranche and Super Senior structures.
Jason is a qualified chartered accountant and prior to joining PNC in 2015 he spent time working for a ‘Big 4’ advisory firm in Audit and Corporate Finance, time in Debt Advisory and in a European and a US owned lending institution.
David is the UK Credit Risk Director of PNC Business Credit. David joined the business at its inception and has over 30 years of credit experience and is responsible for the credit risk management and analytics for the business and works closely with the Senior Portfolio Director and the team of Portfolio Managers to ensure the business meets its risk management objectives.
Danny is the UK Chief Operations Officer for PNC Business Credit. He joined the business at its inception and is responsible for the main operational functions of the business including Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Field Exams & Appraisals, IT & Finance.
Danny has over 25 years of experience in a variety of client management, risk, operational, audit and compliance.
Lea is the UK HR & Operations Manager for PNC Business Credit. She is responsible for all aspects of HR for the business and oversees the Client Operations team, ensuring we provide robust credit risk processes and service excellence for our customers.
Lea has been in the Asset-Based Lending industry for over 20 years, holding senior roles within Portfolio, Client Operations and HR. She is an experienced leader of people with a strong track record of service delivery and continuous improvement.
Darren is the UK Senior Portfolio Director for PNC Business Credit. He is responsible for overseeing the management of the national Portfolio team. With over 30 years of experience within the Senior Secured Lending sector, Darren drives a culture of service excellence with strong credit risk processes, whilst enhancing relationships, and supporting customers with their growth needs.
Prior to PNC, Darren spent 19 years at GE Capital, mostly at Board Level and gained a wealth of experience in positions responsible for Risk, Audit & Operations.
Brian MacConnell is Executive Vice President and Division Executive of PNC Business Credit (PNCBC), a division of PNC Bank N.A. He is responsible for the oversight of PNCBC’s specialty lending products comprising Steel City Capital Funding, a provider of cash flow and 2nd lien financing; PNC Technology Finance, which leverages the recurring revenue of sponsor backed software companies; and the Cerberus PNC Senior Loan Fund LLC, a provider of large first out cash flow financings.
MacConnell joined PNC Business Credit in 1997 as one of its founding members and oversaw the creation of over $6 billion in new client loans in support of middle market leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Eastern Division Executive for PNC Business Credit.
MacConnell is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Finance and Marketing and received his M.B.A. from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
