Alistair has developed an established network of advisory professionals both in the North East and in Scotland over a 20 year period. Alistair’s transactions include the refinances of Waterford Distillery, a scotch whisky distiller, and Foyle Food Group, a food processor, both of whom are based in Ireland.
Lee joined PNC in the spring of 2020 bringing with him a wealth of industry experience in both sales & leadership roles. Having held senior positions within the Asset-Based Lending teams of two of the UK’s leading high street banking groups, Lee brings with him a deep understanding of the UK banking and lending landscape. He will be focused on ‘finding, structuring, winning and closing’ new business opportunities through the building of lasting relationships with both advisory and sponsor groups, as well as companies located within the Midlands, North West of England and Northern Ireland. Lee is A.C.I.B qualified.
Justin joined PNC Business Credit in November 2015. He has specialised in the Asset-Based Lending arena for the last 12 years working for both UK & US owned banks and completing transactions for owner managed and Private Equity owned companies. Most notably the Primary Capital acquisition of Wiltshire based Readypower Engineering and the refinance of Banner for MML Capital Partners. With 28 years' experience in the banking sector, Justin holds an MBA from Bournemouth University Business School.
Steve has a long history of completing transactions for owner managed and Private Equity owned companies. His strong relationship focused approached to lending fits perfectly within PNC Business Credit. Some of Steve’s most recent transactions include the MBO/acquisition of existing client AFI for Pricoa Capital and the super senior First Out Structure facility provided to inflexion for Marley Building Products.
Jason is a qualified chartered accountant and for over 10 years provided advice to clients ranging from mid-market corporates to listed PLC's. He has worked extensively with Private Equity and has a wide network of contacts in the advisory space and a strong track record for deal execution, including the acquisitions of Paladone and Addo Food Group for LDC, the growth financing for Explore Transport and the acquisition of Karium for JZ International.
Stuart joined PNC with 14 years’ experience originating and structuring senior secured facilities for UK clearing and challenger banks. He has completed multiple deals across a wide range of sectors within the UK, working closely with introducers and professional advisors across London and the South East. Stuart holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
