We met PNC through our industry trade association, as they have been building quite a reputation for leading the way in our world. PNC’s enthusiasm for the business is completely genuine. They were totally committed to getting the deal done and had an instinctive understanding for our business. Despite Covid, we were determined to simultaneously announce our annual results, our crowdfunding initiative and the PNC facility.
