The group, which has a turnover in excess of £600m, spans the food chain, from animal feed and milk production, through to consumer products including cheese, butter and milk beverages. Dale Farm’s dairy products are supplied into retail, foodservice and ingredients markets in more than 45 countries, with a particularly strong focus in the UK retail market.

Need:

Dale Farm reviewed its existing facilities to ensure it could provide the required working capital requirements of the Cooperative and also support the construction of new processing capacity to drive its growth.
