Done Deal: Amscan International

Headquartered in Milton Keynes, Amscan International is a global designer, manufacturer, distributor and retailer of party products, including balloons and costumes. Employing more than 300 people in the UK and 2,500 worldwide spread over four continents, Amscan International is unique for the category due to the vertically integrated nature of the Group.

The new PNC facility comes on the back of an outstanding year for the company. The management buy-out supported by Endless LLP was quickly followed by two significant bolt-on acquisitions, namely Luftballon-Markt and Ginger Ray.

PNC’s facility delivers full ABL multi-jurisdictional flexibility to help drive Amscan International’s significant plans to further build its strong customer base across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
