This new Group is formed following the LDC backed Management Buy Out of the UK’s largest supplier of corporate clothing uniforms to businesses and individuals. The Group trades internationally through four highly regarded and established brands and employs more than 800 people across the UK and US.

Midlands based Dimensions is the UK market leader in supplying corporate clothing solutions to major employers. South West based Alexandra provides a comprehensive range of catalogue garments to public and private sector businesses and Glasgow based Yaffy is a leading provider of high-performance outerwear and technical clothing to UK police forces. Texas based Twin Hill services large-scale uniform programmes for major managed clients in the United States.

Working alongside management, LDC and Clearwater International, PNC tailored a complex cross border transaction which both supported the deal and provides substantial ongoing headroom for the company’s dynamic plans to grow market share organically and via further acquisitions.
