This page will provide account balances, reminders and new offers and products.
An account owner can grant view-only/delegate access to an individual. Once a delegate is granted access, the account owner can change, remove, or adjust view-only access.
Select the profile settings icon and select Security and Access from the drop-down menu to continue.
This page provides quick access to change sign on information and additional security settings like enabling one-time passcodes.
Other Security And Access features include Delegates, Account Consolidation, and Privacy.
To grant view-only access to an individual Select Delegates to continue.
This page will display any delegate(s) who have already been given view-only access and a way to manage or add delegates. Delegate information such as name, relationship, email address, phone number, last time logged in, and status will display.
Select Add Delegate to continue.
Select account delegate relationship, and add first and last name, email, and phone number. If there is no longer a need to add a delegate, select Cancel.
PNC may require two-step verification before adding a delegate to protect the account.
Select Next to continue.
To duplicate view-only access from another delegate, select Yes, on the first question. Otherwise select No to choose account.
By selecting No, the section titled Account and Entitlements allows user to select banking and borrowing, investments, and external accounts to provide view-only access.
Select Next to continue.
On this page, review the contact information and account access of the delegate. If any information is incorrect select the Edit buttons in each section or Previous to change details.
If there is no longer a wish to add the delegate, select Cancel.
Once a delegate's details are submitted, an invitation code must be provided to the delegate being added. Be prepared to record that code so it can be sent to the delegate.
Select Submit to continue.
This page will show the details entered about the delegate.
The delegate will receive an email invitation with instructions for how to set up their delegate user ID and password at the address provided. Please provide the required invitation code to the delegate.
The delegate will use this code along with a link in the email they received with instructions to complete the process.
This code, which will expire in 7 days, is specific for this delegate and invitation. For your security, please provide the code to them verbally or in a text.
To add another delegate, select Add another delegate under done.
Select Done to continue.
A banner will display showing the delegate was added and an invite was sent to the delegate's email address provided for them to set up access.
Select Accounts to return to th Accounts Home page.
