Cash flow term loans are used for market-leading businesses with an equivalent minimum annual revenue of $50+ million, EBITDA between the equivalent of $7.5 million and $50 million, funded leverage from 2.0x to 4.5x, and a working capital base that supports an asset-based revolver.

First Out Revolvers & Term Loans

First Out structures are designed for collaborating with the direct lending community to finance larger companies with an equivalent minimum annual revenue of $100+ million and EBITDA equivalent of $20+ million. Borrowers benefit from revolving bank liquidity, a competitive cost of debt and a full suite of bank products. Direct lenders benefit from yield enhancement and liquidity from the complementary PNC revolver.
