Financing structure can be a documented standalone or a split lien revolver within a unitranche.

Most of our lending relationships fit the following criteria:

• Primary Industries – manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, and business services
• Target Hold – from £10 million up to £150 million, with the ability to underwrite larger amounts
• Maturities – up to 5 years with flexible amortisation schedules
