Let’s review Calendar, where past, current and future transactions can be viewed on the days they occur.
Select the Business Checking Account to continue.
This tutorial will show how to access Calendar from Cash Flow Tools, but it can also be accessed from Quick View.
Select Cash Flow Tools to continue.
This tutorial will show how to access Calendar from Cash Flow Tools, but it can also be accessed from Quick View.
Select Calendar to continue.
Use the Calendar tool to:
View all past, current and future transactions on the calendar, along with uncashed checks.
▪ Set a cash reserve amount to be notified if the account balance falls below the target minimum balance.
▪ Make a payment, track a transaction or schedule a transfer.
▪ View, filter, and search for transactions in the table.
Select Legend to continue.
View the Legend to learn about how deposits, withdrawals, cash shortfall and other details show up on the calendar.
Select Close to continue.
The initial cash reserve is set to $15,000. The amount can be adjusted based on preferences.
If the account balance is projected to fall below the cash reserve, we’ll display a warning banner.
Select Edit to continue.
Edit this amount at any time to adjust the cash reserve as needed.
Select Save to continue.
Use the interactive calendar tool to view past and future transactions in a 5-week or 1-week view.
Select the arrow icon to see Calendar for a different month or week.
Select "Go to Today" to return to the current date.
Select Accounts to return to the Accounts home page.
