This page will provide account balances, reminders and new offers and products.

Let’s review Expense Reports to learn how to:

▪ Track spending activities for all PNC business credit cards.

▪ View Spending by business category, month over month.

▪ Monitor employee spending through their business credit card expenses.

▪ Track and export business credit card transactions for business purposes and financial planning.

 

Select the Business Credit Card Account to continue.

Credit Card Account Quick View

Quick View will provide a summarized view of credit card transaction activity, monthly expenses and quick access links

This tutorial shows how to access Expense Reports from the Expenses tab, but it can also be accessed from Quick View.

 

Select Expenses to continue.

Credit Card Expense Report

View monthly expenses by category

This page displays credit card expenses by business category for the month you select. Categories can be selected to view the income breakdown by subcategory.

View, search for and edit categories for individual transactions in the table, in addition to filtering, sorting and exporting the transactions for business purposes and financial planning.

 

Select Last 12 Months to continue.

Credit Card Expense Report

View expenses over the last 12 months

This page displays expenses from the last 12 months, by category. Categories can be selected to view the income breakdown by subcategory over the last 12 months.

Transaction categories can be edited in the transaction table.

 

Select Edit to continue.

Select a transaction category and subcategory

Edits can be made by selecting a category and then the subcategory.

 

Select Save to continue.

Transaction category has been updated

That’s it – A confirmation banner will appear, and the transaction will be highlighted.

 

Select Accounts to return to the Accounts home page.
