From the Security and Access page, manage:

▪  Security Settings

▪  Account Linking

▪  Account Delegates

▪  Privacy Settings

Select Delegates to continue.

Easily view and manage delegate permissions from the Delegates page

Contact information will be listed next to each delegate, as well as their relationship level, last login and status.

Select Delegate to manage their account access.

Additional access information will be displayed

For each delegate, action can be taken to:

▪ Edit access

▪ Provide password assistance

▪ Suspend or delete the delegate

Select Add Delegate to continue.

Add Delegate

Add a new delegate by:

▪ Providing contact information including full name, email address and phone number

▪ Selecting account access settings and entitlements for tools and transactions

Select Next to continue.

Add Delegate

Lastly, provide the newly added delegate with the invitation code listed on this screen. The new delegate will receive an invitation at the email address provided for them

The delegate will need to complete Online Banking enrollment within 7 days of receiving the email invitation. If the delegate does not complete Online Banking enrollment within 7 days, the account owner will need to send a new invitation.

Select Done to finish.
