Tom Walsh

Innovations, PNC Treasury Management

Tom Walsh is an experienced Financial Services professional with broad-based experience spanning finance, strategic planning, and product development. Tom is currently Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Innovations, part of Treasury Management at PNC. In this role, he is responsible for development and deployment of new healthcare revenue cycle solutions for PNC Healthcare and is also leading the exploration of distributed ledger, or blockchain, technology at PNC. Leveraging emerging technologies to solve business problems, he supports PNC’s Treasury Management vision for delivering leading-edge solutions for our clients. Prior to his current position at PNC, Tom served in the Finance organization at PNC as Corporate and Institutional Bank Controller, where he oversaw financial reporting and analysis for PNC’s corporate banking line of business. 

Before joining PNC, Tom held a diverse set of roles within the Finance organization at National City Corporation. In his most recent role as Corporate Bank Business Unit CFO, he had oversight of monthly financial reporting and analysis, drove strategic planning initiatives, developed and implemented operational performance improvement programs, and managed the analysis and evaluation of capital investments.

Tom has a B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
