- Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN).
- PNC Online Banking PIN – received by mail approximately 8 days after account opening.

Get more from your online experience by using Cash Flow Insight to help forecast and plan your cash flow decisions. Cash Flow Insight is integrated with all of the key features PNC Online Banking – Online Bill Pay, Transfers, Account Activity, Alerts – and gives you access to our Timeline and Trend tools. You can also track spending activities by business categories for your PNC business checking and all your PNC business credit cards.

You can enhance your Cash Flow Insight experience by including the Payables and/or Receivables tools.
- Payables: Store bill documents online, route bills for approval, and pay vendors securely without the need to share bank information.

How to Enroll in Cash
Flow Insight
If you are not enrolled in Cash Flow Insight already, select the Cash Flow Insight banner on the business checking Account Activity screen in Online Banking and choose the Cash Flow Insight experience that is right for your business.
Enhance Cash Flow Insight by adding Payables, Receivables, and Accounting Software Sync at no cost for the first 60 days.[3]

Download the App to Get Started.
Stay on the move while you check balances, view pending and posted transactions, pay bills, and receive mobile alerts. Our mobile app[4] also allows you to transfer funds[5] and make check deposits with Mobile Deposit when and where you want – no need to visit a branch. The Cash Flow Overview shows you your monthly net cash position of your business checking account, and with Cash Flow Insight® enrollment you can view your spending by business category.

Tell us the notifications you want and if you prefer email or text. Set alerts[6] to get daily balances, see deposit and payment activity, and monitor card transactions. Choose to get faster notification of overdrafts, and receive security alerts about other important activity.

How to Enroll in Online Bill Pay
Sign On to Online Banking and select the “Pay Bills” tab. Have your business and account identification information ready to create your payees.
PNC Remote Deposit
Get Paid Faster Without More Trips to the Bank.
Start depositing customer checks from your business location — and stop wasting time running to the bank. PNC Remote Deposit is easy to use and connects seamlessly with your PNC business checking account.[8]

- You can save time by making check deposits without having to go to the branch.
- Use our no-cost single feed remote deposit desktop scanner[9] or compatible mobile device[10] to deposit checks from wherever you are.
- Customers can access and apply for PNC Remote Deposit directly through PNC Online Banking.
A PNC business checking account and PNC Online Banking are required to use this service. Not all accounts or account types may be eligible for PNC Remote Deposit. Eligibility for PNC Remote Deposit is subject to bank approval.
How to Apply for Remote Deposit Service Through PNC
Online Banking
Once approved, businesses will be sent their scanner hardware. Instructions for installing your scanner and getting started are included in the Users' Guide.
- Sign On to PNC Online Banking.
- Click the Business Tools tab. The Business Tools Summary will appear.
- Click Enroll Now on the PNC Remote Deposit tile.
- This opens the How it Works page. The PNC Remote Deposit product overview will display.
- From the How it Works page, click on Begin Enrollment to start the application. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Your application can take up to five business days for a decision. We may be in contact, if needed, to gather more information to finalize your application.
