PNC Women’s Business Advocates (WBAs) Are
Here for You
Our WBAs are bankers especially committed to supporting the achievement of women financial decision-makers, including women who own or run businesses. When women were asked about what they want from a banker, often their answer was, simply, "a relationship" with someone who:
...takes time to understand my business, my priorities and what motivates me.
...adds value by making connections for me and sharing financial expertise and best practices.
...is proactive about connecting me to resources their bank offers.
At PNC, a banker who's certified by us as a WBA is a person of any gender who has completed a training curriculum and voluntarily applied for the certification designation. More than 5,000 PNC bankers proudly call themselves advocates.
In addition to delivering the financial products, services and resources you need to thrive, our WBAs often play leadership roles in organizations that mentor or connect women. As a result, WBAs are tuned-in to issues that concern you and likely have connections to resources that can be especially helpful to you. They create opportunities for you by hosting events that bring people together. They elevate women by nominating them for community awards and recognition.
Most of all, while our WBAs recognize that a woman like you doesn't need special treatment to be successful, they'll treat you with the respect your accomplishments deserve.
5,000+
of our Bankers across the organization, both men and women, are PNC-Certified Women's Business Advocates.
