Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Strategist

Marc is the chief investment strategist for the PNC Asset Management Group. In this role, he oversees all investment strategy-related activities for PNC Private Bank, PNC Private Bank Hawthorn®, and PNC Institutional Asset Management®. In addition, Marc leads the team that establishes overall strategic and tactical asset allocation guidance for client portfolios, manages the evolution of the investment processes, provides thought leadership on key investment issues, and authors numerous publications. He also performs research and analytics that help drive the overall investment recommendations of the firm while also managing the firm’s asset allocation models.

Prior to joining PNC, Marc led the execution and implementation of investment strategies at two separate registered investment advisory firms in the Cincinnati area. During his tenure with PNC Private Bank, Marc held the roles of investment advisor and investment director for the Midwest, West and Southwest Mountain regions. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry in many different areas of investment management including advisory, trading, compliance, and research, which enables him to deliver client solutions in a broad array of circumstances.

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Marc holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and Certified Financial PlannerTM designations. Marc is a member of the CFA Institute and is on the board of the CFA Society of Cincinnati. Marc is a board member of PreventionFIRST!® and also serves on the board of trustees for the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden®
